1. Services Offered
Desoto Movers provides residential, commercial, and long-distance moving services, with optional packing and storage. Hazardous materials or items deemed unsafe are not handled.
2. Booking and Payments
To secure your booking, a deposit is required along with confirmation of your move date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for packing their items securely if not using our packing services. Please inform our team in advance of any fragile or valuable items.
4. Liability Limitations
While we strive to handle your items with care, Desoto Movers is not liable for items not packed by our team or for delays caused by uncontrollable events, such as road closures or weather conditions.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, we encourage resolution through direct communication. Unresolved disputes will be governed by Texas state law.
6. Governing Law
This agreement falls under Texas law.
